A prayer for the Gulf Coast (double post)

Bruce and I alternate between watching educational television, meaningless television and the Weather Channel in hopes of deadening his dread as a Force 5 hurricane makes landfall over his home.

He has family and friends in the Gulfport area. He grew up there. His high school years spun out in and around New Orleans.

God help those on the coast and let the damage be less than feared. May everything turn out much better than expected.
